Start Impress and open a new empty presentation. As a Layout choose Title, Text. Now begin to write a random word per line, as example write 'one' in the first line, 'two' in the second and so on, then try to press CTRL-A to select all the text just entered. CTRL-A now opens the Open File dialog box instead of selecting the text.
