This can be done with page properties dialog, borders tab and spacing to content. However if one is using the headers and footers, then this fails. The spacing to content also shrinks the header and footer as well and this is certainly not what I aimed to do. I'm doing a document (probably more than one) with about 50 - 100 identical tables. If some fields on those tables need to be changed later on as strings are too big, I'm going to go nuts when going fixing them. This is intentional. However from usability point of view it's not very useful.
