inserting odg or svg is an ENHANCEMENT REQUEST, okay

But my problem, that any inserted Image seems to get a random size, is a DEFECT.
And this is why i want to insert odg (this should REALLY has a customized
size)

To reproduce, take any of your big tables (1 page) and and check print preview
with scaling on and off.

steps to reproduce from scratch:

- Start oocalc
- write anything to cell A1 (= page not empty)
- Format - Page - Header - Edit
- Check, that there is any test in the Header (The Default Sheet1 is okay)
- Print the Page (100% - no resize) or just check the print preview
- Write any text to U112 (e.g., just create a huge table)
- goto Print Preview
- Goto Format - Page - Sheet - Scaling Mode - Fit Print Range on nomber of
pages = 1
- Print the page or goto print preview

You will notice that the Header is resized - font size and spacing and
height. = my pre-printed paper does not fit any more. Background graphics in
Headers (Page Style - More - Background - Graphic, Type Area) get distorted.

Only content should be resized, why else should i specify header height and
header spacing in cm???

When Header sizes are defined, they shoud persist, even if the user sets the
Scaling Mode (Page style - Sheet) to anything else than Reduce Enlarge
Printout=100%

Why? The Header gets smaller and the page does not fit to preprinted formulars
any more.

And even worse in my case: My Graphics in the Header gets distorted.
(Graphics in Headers: Page Style - Header - Button More - Background -
Insert an unlinked graphic)

Steps to reproduce:
* Create a new Spreadsheed document
* Type anything in any cell, so you can see anything the Print Preview.
* Goto Format - Page (Page Style) - Header - More - Background (As Graphic)
* Insert a JPEG. You may create a jpeg e.g. with gimp firest, which has a
specified DPI-Vale.

Btw. why can't i insert a draw (odg) or a svg here???

* Choose Type: Position
* The JPEG appears in the header, but with some random (?) size.

I expect: Openoffice reads the dpi-value in JPEGs (in gimp I defined a
width/height in cm)

Why read dpi-Value?
You have no chance of adjusting the size of the Image.

Any Format i save as a preset in Outline Numbering does not get saved.

Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new writer Document
- Select Tools - Outline Numbering
- Klick Format - Save as - choose any name
- Klick OK
- you may or may not save the current document
- quit and restart openoffice
- Load previous saves document or create new writer document
- Select Tools - Outline Numbering
- klick Format
- You saved Format vanished.

What i expect:
- My saved Format was saved in my user profile.

Why i expect this:
- In the Help: Format
Saves or loads an outline number format. A saved outline number format is
available to all text documents.

testet with
- OOo 2.0.1 (SuSE 10.0),
- OOo 2.0.3 (tar.gz from download page) with Linux/SuSE 10.0
