Take a presentation saved with StarOffice 5.2 (.sdd), read it with OpenOffice_1.1: it is fine. Save it as .sxi. The result was incorrect, in that the images looked almost ok but the text was diplaced and of the wrong size. I tried another presentation prepared with Staroffice 5.2 and it was bad as well. I loaded OOF680_m9 and tried it both on windows 98 and windows 2000. It does not crash any longer on windows 98. However conversion time of a StarImpress 5.2 presentation is very long (tens on minutes) on both operating systems.
