Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Calc 2. Enter any value into a cell 3. Add note to that cell (right mouse click - add note) 4. Problem does not exists on XP Prof 32 bit. Maybe it is a problem with vistas own open/save-dialog, because switching over to OOo's own open/save-dialog fixes that problem!
