Good Day, I was already able to open my document thru a work around, but I
thought it best to share the problem in case your not yet aware of it.
I created an OO Master Document using OO Beta 2, at the moment it only contains
a table of contents and a whole bunch of pictures (as it is an installation
guide).
Recently I uninstalled OO Beta 2 to install OO RC1 at which point when trying to
reopen the Master Document a pop-up window appeared requesting for a filter
selection. I tried all the filters that seemed appropriate but it was not able
to open the document successfully. Finally I uninstalled RC1 and reinstalled
Beta 2, however, it nows also shows the filter selection pop-up. I tried the
same process with OO RC2 but to no avail.
I tried opening the document on another computer using OO 1.9.79 I think its
Beta 1, and this was able to open the document. I thought maybe if I resave
this document on computer 2 I will be able to re-open it on my own pc. However,
this did not work.
Finally I was able to open the document by saving the document as a OO 1 Master
Document (.sxg extension). I then transferred this to my pc and opened it as
is, then saving it as an OO 2 Master Document(.odm extension).
