I can reproduce it in WinXP. I used OOO320m12 (build:9483).

1. How to reproduce it:
 1.1. Select a cell.
 1.2. Write a string in the cell.
 1.3. Insert a second line in the same cell by pressing CTRL+enter, then digit
something for the second row.
 1.4. Select the fist line (the whole line) and apply bold font on this. 
 1.5. Leave the cell by pressing Enter or by clicking in another cell.

2. Behavior:
Both first and second lines are with bold font after this. If you press CTRL-Z
the first line will have bold font.

3. Expected behavior:
Just the first line should be with bold font.


- These unexpected behaviors happen if you use bold, italic, underline, text
color, etc. 
- If you reproduce the bug and after that you press the bold font button, this
has the same behavior when you press CTRL-Z, just the first line is with bold 
font.
