Form Controls
The Form Controls icon opens a toolbar with the tools that you need to create
an interactive form. You
can use the toolbar to add controls to a form in a text, spreadsheet,
presentation, or HTML document,
for example a button that runs a macro.

To access this command...
Icon on the Insert toolbar:

It's neither on the Insert toolbar or in the insert menu.

It's under View:Toolbars

As for the grammar issue, this issue apparently has been around for quite a
while and, IMO, should
have been change for the new version. How long does it take to go in and change
Less to Fewer?

It's been a long time since I've done any coding, but send the section to me
and I'll go thru, find it, and
change it.

1. spreadsheet: control-D for fill ... I shouldn't have to go to the menu to do
this (yes, this is like Excel).

2. spreadsheet: control-; to input current date into a cell

3. spreadsheet: an easier way of making dropdown menus! It looks like I need to
make a form just to put
in a dropdown menu.

1. Form controls is under View not Format as stated in the Help file

2 . writer: error – on the find and replace box, once you click more options
then it changes to “less
options” ... this is grammatically incorrect. Should be “fewer options”.
