Same problem with French text... and probably with many other language too.

Make shorter strings for all of them is surely not a good solution... Add a
scrollbal seems to be the best thing to do...

1. Create a new writer document.
2. Hit enter to start a new paragraph.
3. Insert - Frame...
4. In the Wrap tab choose:
- Settings: Through.
- Options: First paragraph.
5. In the Type tab, set a negative vertical distance from top.
6. Apply.
- Freeze

Tested with OOo 2.0 on winxp and debian sid.

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Writer document.
2. Insert - Frame...
3. Put a Table in it (one cell even empty is suficient).
4. Select a cell from the table.
5. Right click - row - Height
6. uncheck Fit to size and put a small height, for example: 0.12cm and hit 
enter.
- Freeze

Same bug on Windows XP and Debian Sid.
