On closing the welcome screen for OOo 3.20m8, KDE 3.5.7 running on OpenSuSE 10.3
received (I believe) a SIG 11. I had been editing and had saved a small text
document containing a formula first as an .odf, then as a Word 2000/XP .doc
without trouble. (I had crashed OO a few moments before while editing a similar
document and was attempting to duplicate the crash.) I asked the KDE crash
notifier for a backtrace (though I am running a stock kernel and KDE without
symbols) and got the following:

Backtrace output:
System configuration startup check disabled.
