OK - I checked on my SPARC/Solaris system at home. Upgrading from 2.0.1 to 2.0.2
RC 1 fixed the problem. I'll make sure that I check the latest available build
in future.

Thanks,
P.

Copy + paste of slide containing image fails to copy image to new slide.

To reproduce: please open attached presentation. In "Slides" view, right-click
slide, select "Copy". Right-click again, select "Paste". New slide contains
enlarged version of Plugin icon, captioned "Object 2" or similar. Expected
result is that new slide looks identical to original.

I tried copying/pasting the image itself into a new blank slide, with the same
result. I also tried increasing the Graphics cache to 64Mb + 10Mb/object.

This presentation contains no links.

This problem looks suspiciously like Issue 3514 which was closed as unable to
reproduce. I hope that with more details, this can be fixed.

Attaching connectors to user-defined gluepoints seems to work OK, but after
saving, closing and re-opening, the connectors have moved from user-defined
gluepoints to default ones.

Steps to reproduce: open attached document corrupt_connectors.odg. The drawing
should look like the attached screenshot corrupt_connectors_bad.png. Identify
the two connectors that connect the rectangle to the double-headed block arrow.
Move the connector ends at the rectangle end to the user-define gluepoints, so
that you end up with the layout shown in the screenshot
corrupt_connectors_ok.png.

Save and close the document. Open the document: the layout will have reverted
back to the incorrect layout.

Additional information. I also exported to PDF at the following stages:

  (1) After moving the connector ends, before saving.

  (2) After saving

  (3) Immediately after re-opening the document.

The PDF's from (1) and (2) were OK; the PDF from (3) had the connectors back to
the default gluepoints. It is on this basis that I have assigned this issue to
the "open-import" subcomponent.

Included a graphic with a file into a page that had footnotes.
Added a caption to the graphic.
Selected frame containing graphic and caption, and right-clicked for context
menu. Selected Alignment rollover, then "Base at bottom". Caption overlapped
footnote.

See attached file for example of problem.
