While the rows are repeated correctly as the table spans multiple pages, when I manually break the table to keep two adjacent rows on the same page, only the first row of header is repeated. The doc is still in Word format. I have not saved to OOo format yet. However, I have many Heading 3 paragraphs (about 300) that sit right above a table. The heading is used as the table caption. These headings are not showing up in the Navigator or in a pdf when generated.
