Checked for defect but not found anymore. Freeze does save to worksheet and can
be retrieved again. So no problems here anymore.

You're proposal for a new menu entry is perhaps another issue so please make an
enhancement request.

Issue not yet implemented in 3.0 Beta.

I can cancel recovery but this is canceling all documents and not on a per
document basis.

Conclusion is issue not resolved

Yess, user friendliness could be enhanced by:
* stating Results to: as New Sheet as default instead of undefined
* and/or Remove MORE button en show default also the Result windowpart.
* and/or indeed design an action as aziem describes

This thing irritates me everytime I use the datapilot because I never ever
overwrite the existing area.

Tried this in OOo 1.9.125 but defect still there. See attached file of screen
shot.

It is when spreadsheets are registered as datasource and only when copied as
field and defect doesn't show when copied as text of table.

Given:
Spreadsheet (ODS) as Datasource (ODB),
a columns is defined as date eg. dd/mm/

When the data is inserted as field in a textdocument the date will be
subtracted by 2 days. this means:

say date=5 dec 1977
then inserting will result in 3 dec 1977

This will not happen when inserting as a table or as text!

See also bug 24313, In OOo 1.1.4 this defect was repaired, so all inserts
worked.

See printsreen DateFiel.png

System: Suse 9.3
OOo 1.9.125

In an email I received a document with spaces and the OOo 1.9 Mozilla Plugin
tried to start start this document (.pps). But because of these spaces in the
filename Mozilla and/or Linux do strange things with this document name. The
fullname of the document was: verkiezingen amerika GeorgeW.pps. Stored was:
GeorgeW.pps (OK, it was a funny about George W). This handling is an err from
Linux and/or Mozilla.

OOo 1.9 tried to load this document but could not find it or just balked on it,
don't know but everytime I start OOo1.9m65, OOo tries to recover this document
(see Screenshot11).I seem not to be able to tell OOo to let go of this document.

Proposal is to make it possible in this screen to skip the document(-s) to be
recovered with for example an extra button (see Screenshot11_with button).
