I am using Openoffice 2.4.0 from Kubuntu packages, Hardy Heron.
There seems to be inconsistent behavior regarding editing bullets.
Look at the attachment
When I stand by the cursor at the beginning of the lower paragraph which is not
bulleted .. and I click backspace
I think the expected (logical) behavior is that the lower paragraph gets
appended to the above bullet.
The inconsistent behavior is that it only sometimes behaves as explained above
but this often weirdly clears the bullet of the above paragraph.. to the effect
that if there are like ten points in ten bullets .. backspacing through the low
non-bulleted paragraph keep clearing the bullets of the above paragraph and so
forth until reaching the beginning of the document!!
I do not think this is intended behavior since the reasonable and logic behavior
is that the bullet is cleared only when I press the bulleting on/off icon or
when I backspace and the cursor is standing at the bullet.
And I don't think that the bullet must clear due to something I do in the
lowermost non-bulleted paragraph, leading to messing with the format of the
whole document.
I tried to know when it behaves correctly and when it does not .. but I failed
to find a clue.
