I've changed settings for russian. Restarted. The only adjustment left with english is "User Interface". But only english set is available. No other languages. The issue still exists. This problem hasn't solved since 2006. This issue 69973 is simmilar, but different. You can't close it. First Version of OO 3, second - Mac OSX Version.
