ODT file that was converted from DOCX file ODFConverter
(http://odf-converter.sourceforge.net/download.html) uses text:bookmark-start
and text:bookmark-end tags to bookmark ranges. If the range is empty (zero
length) it is still correctly marked by these tags in content.xml but is
treated correctly by OpenOffice in it's Navigator. Such ranges are incorrect
in OpenOffice in contract with it's native text:bookmark tag. But both tags
are declared to be supported in OpenOffice

I am attaching documents with this bug illustrated.
