Could reproduce the bug as mentioned in the attachment 63112 and 63115 on
Windows Vista in build 3.1 The multiple operations does not work with the
offset function. The offset function has to be removed for the multiple
operations to be active as presented in the 2 attachment.

Fixing this bug will be crucial, since the whole calculations can wrong, like a
chain effect if the offset function produces incorrect results.

Raji Padmanabhan, 9/17/09. Was able to successfully replicate the bug on
Windows XP in build 3.1 while working on my desktop.

Did the following steps to replicate the bug:
 - Opened a ppt using OOO Impress.
 - Starting viewing the slideshow
 - Locked the computer by clicking Ctrl+Alt+Delete
 - Unlocked the computer, there is no activity and after sometime got a message
saying that the impress crashed as shown in the attachment

Fixing the error is crucial especially if the impress crashes after coming from
a stand-by mode/hibernate mode when the user is in an important
meeting/conference.

Could successfully replicate the bug in Vista in build 3.1.

Viewed the graphs created in MS Office Excel in OOo. The legend appears to be
different in OOo. OOo scalc uses its convention for the legend. It does not
retain the legend created in the original xls document created in MSOffice.

In 2D also, it does not represent the negative values in the graph - basically
in the 4th coordinate of the graph.

The same issue can also be observed while opening the 3D graphs.Z Axis not
displayed correctly in 3D. In bar charts - labels are wrong.

See attached figures to see how OOo calc does not show negative values in the
graph.

As a follow up test, created a chart in OOo scalc to see if the legend was
being created.

RPadmanabhan, 9/16/09. Successfully replicated the bug on Windows Vista in 3.1
build.

It takes more time to import a word document in OOo compared to MSOffice. As
pointed out in the bug report, the graphs are overlapping when opened in Open
Office. But if you change to the Web Layout, the graphs are neatly aligned. The
issue is when you view the document in Print Layout.

Tried to surmount this problem by saving the original document in WebLayout
using MSOffice. Then I tried to open in OOO again. Still, the document was
opening in Print layout and the figures were not aligned. Print Layout may be is
the default layout of OOO.

Could not replicate the bug on Windows Vista in buikd 3.1.

Followed the steps as given. Little more information is needed to determine how
the submitter's non-Multiple operation is working fine only after removing the
Multiple Operation. When I tried at different ways to execute this function, my
non-multiple operation always returned the correct results.
