Iam trying to build Open Office in Windows XP via cygwin using Open Office 3.1
(OOo_310_m11 base)
I installed the required tools specified in Open Office "Building on Windows"
page. I called the configure command like this
./configure \
--disable-directx \
--with-cl-home="/cygdrive/c/Program Files/Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0/VC" \
--disable-activex \
--disable-epm \
--disable-build-mozilla \
--with-frame-home="/cygdrive/c/Program Files/Microsoft Visual Studio
9.0/SDK/v3.5" \
--with-psdk-home="/cygdrive/c/Program Files/Microsoft SDKs/Windows/v6.1" \
--with-midl-path="/cygdrive/c/Program Files/Microsoft SDKs/Windows/v6.1/Bin" \
--with-asm-home="/cygdrive/c/Program Files/Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0/VC" \
--with-jdk-home="/cygdrive/c/Projects/Exstream/dev/Build/Tools/jdk1.5.0_14" \
--with-csc-path="/cygdrive/c/WINDOWS/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v3.5" \
--with-ant-home="/cygdrive/c/ant" \
--with-use-shell=bash
Iam using bash shell to build the project. The dmake is not yet successful in
finishing the build. So i tried to call build -all from instsetoo_native folder
and but am getting a error like this:
$ build -all
build -- version: -
=============
Building module instsetoo_native
/cygdrive/c/OOo/src/core/instsetoo_native/inc_openoffice/windows/
msi_languages
Usage:
dmake [-P#] [-{f|K} file] [-{w|W} target ...] [macro[!][[*][+][:]]=value ...]
[-v[cdfimrtw]] [-m[trae]] [-ABcdeEghiknpqrsStTuVxX] [target ...]
ERROR: Error 65280 occurred while making /cygdrive/c/OOo/src/core
/instsetoo_native/inc_openoffice/windows/msi_languages
rmdir /cygdrive/c/DOCUME~1/sh/LOCALS~1/Temp/5644
After calling ./configure, i ran ./bootstrap and source winenv.set.sh commands
to set the environment. But somehow build is unable to process.
Could someone help me how to fix this so that i can start a debug build. I guess
there is not option to do a debug build using dmake
