When saving and closing a text-file as .doc, which page margins differ on the
first page (letterhead) from the following pages, the page margins get lost in
case of re-opening the document.
I have a template with a letterhead and following higher page margins. After
closing, neither OO nor MSWord (office:mac v.x) do reproduce the Page margins
the way I saved it, but open the document with the letterhead margins on all 
pages.
I think it is the same with footers and the page numbers.
