To comment on the following update, log in, then open the issue: http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=61649 --- Additional comments from straylight2...@openoffice.org Mon Jan 18 18:20:59 + 2010 --- I have been having this problem using my Samsung NC10 Netbook to process a long document with only one table (the Contents. However there is an additional manifestation of what I think may be the same problem when trying to use Fullscreen in Print Layout mode. A couple of times after switching view mode, a section of text from the middle of the document has apparently been transplanted to the end. This can be edited and persist even after a save and re-load, but resolves apparently spontaneously later on, and does not appear when the same file is loaded onto my desktop. Sometimes this has coincided with using the original .doc file format. Can provide files before and after this has occurred on request If this is not linked with this issue, I can raise it serparately. The document also contains a footnote and occurs when switching to Fullscreen. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. [sw-issues] [Issue 108395] Jittering Bug using Fulls creen on Samsung NC10 Netbook (Full screen)
To comment on the following update, log in, then open the issue: http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=108395 Issue #|108395 Summary|Jittering Bug using Fullscreen on Samsung NC10 Netbook | (Full screen) Component|Word processor Version|OOO310m19 Platform|PC URL| OS/Version|Windows XP Status|UNCONFIRMED Status whiteboard| Keywords| Resolution| Issue type|DEFECT Priority|P3 Subcomponent|viewing Assigned to|writerneedsconfirm Reported by|straylight2010 --- Additional comments from straylight2...@openoffice.org Sun Jan 17 18:12:16 + 2010 --- Hi, I have encountered several possibly interlinked problems using OOO on my netbook. I like to use the Full Screen Mode for obvious reasons. When I switch to using this using the toolbar button I have installed (usually in Print Layout mode), I often encounter the screen leaping about throughout the document and often finishing away from my starting place. This can be a single jump over quickly, or a period extending to tens of seconds. Although it does not seem to displace the cursor immediately, clicking anywhere during this period or pressing a cursor key before or after will then move the cursor within the document. There is another more worrying bug that has occurred twice at this point and which I will submit separately when I see how this issue goes or if requested. I can send a copy of the document where I have been encountering this if need be although it would be hesitant as it contains copyright material. Please help if possible! - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
