[sc-issues] [Issue 103086] add more filters to 'stan dard filter'

I just downloaded pre 3.2 (m50). It looks like the standard filter in calc has 8 conditions (not 20). I don't know if version m49 had 20 and then it was reduced to 8, or something else is going on. In any case, while having 8 conditions is a great improvement from 3, 8 may still be limiting. I would highly encourage the developers to make at least 20 conditions to 'standard filter'. [sc-issues] [Issue 64605] Creating a "transposed" su mmary list
To comment on the following update, log in, then open the issue: http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=64605 --- Additional comments from wk...@openoffice.org Thu Jun 25 03:41:06 + 2009 --- This is an excellent and extremely useful feature: a new, or modified version of the CONCATENATE function. Even one that does a simple concatenation without grouping would be a huge step forward. I hope someone picks this up and adds it to the next release of OO Calc. Indefinite (or some big number like 25) would be nice. I end up writing macros to do complicated filters, but it would be much more efficient if simply more filters were built in to the 'standard filter' Thanks Will - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. [sc-issues] [Issue 84516] CONCATENATE an Array

I hope someone from the requirements team picks this up. I would add the following: Specifically, if you could ALSO somehow add a common deliminator separating the elements: ie: =Concatenate(A5:A60;",") where A5...A60 could be strings: cat dog mouse lion ... and the resulting cell would be a string: "cat,dog,mouse,lion,..." - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. This feature is already in Microsoft Excel. This button can then directly call a macro or perform another action. (Putting another button on the toolbar or inside a dropdown menu is often hard to locate for some users).
