It was reproduced in OOo 1.1.4 Windows XP Professional, Version 5.1, Build
2600, Service Pack 1.

The bug can be reproduced according to the report above, and can also be
reproduced by executing the following steps:
1. Open OOWriter
2. Type first paragraph over one line and press ENTER
3. Press TAB, type text for second paragraph (over one line) and press
ENTER
4. Type third paragraph for just one line and press ENTER
5. Press TAB twice, type text for fourth paragraph with another TAB in the
text and press ENTER
6. Select Format - Stylist (F11), right-click on Default style in Stylist
window, and then select Modify. Select Indents Spacing tab, set Before
text to 2in and First line to -2in
7. The document is correctly formatted: paragraph 1 3 starts from the left
margin, paragraph 2 starts 2in from the left margin, paragraph 4 starts 2in
and a regular TAB from the left margin, the TAB in the middle of paragraph
4 is regular too, i.e. second TAB and the TAB in the middle doesnt
affect
by the formatting.
8. Save the document
9. Quit OOWriter
10. Reopen the document. Then the formatting is different with what we saw on
step 7, i.e., the first lines of the second and fourth paragraph is aligned to
the first default TAB stop.
11. Modify Default style using Stylist
12. Select Tabs tab
13. Click OK. Then the formatting becomes the same as shown on step 7.

It was reproduced in OOo 1.1.4 Windows XP Professional, Version 5.1, Build
2600, Service Pack 1.

It can be reproduced by executing the following steps:
1.Create a new Drawing file and do some drawings, save the file.
2.Select Insert - InsertSnap Point/Line.., click on Vertical, and
click
OK.
3.There is a vertical snap line shown on the graph, and we can move it to
somewhere else, or just leave it there.
4.Quit Drawing. Note: There is no prompt of saving the file before quit.
5.Reopen the file, the snap line loses.

[framework-issues] [Issue 40978] Windows Explorer drop may open too many instances

It was reproduced in OOo 1.1.4 under Windows XP Professional, Version 5.1,
Build 2600, Service Pack 1.

It can be reproduced by executing the following steps:
1. Create a shortcut to the Spreadsheet application
2. Open an existing OO file
3. Drag an existing Spreadsheet file from Windows Explorer onto the shortcut.
Then two files are opened, one is the one we want to open, the other one is
the empty new file created automatically by the Spreadsheet. As it was
mentioned by the original reporter, this only happens if another file was
already open. But the opened file does not have to be a Spreadsheet file, it
can be any other OO file, say, an OO text document.

There are some other cases:
- If step 3 is repeated for several times, an extra new empty file is created
every time, even though the same file is dragged to the shortcut each time.
- If in step 2, we create a new empty file, and execute step 3. The one we
want to open is opened in the empty file we created, and then the system
created another new empty file.
- Furthermore, if a shortcut to the existing spreadsheet file is created. Then
drag the shortcut to the file onto the shortcut to the application, the file
can not be opened correctly. A text file contains some unrecognized symbols
including the path and filename of the file is opened, and an empty
spreadsheet file is created afterwards.
