I've several customer sites using OpenOffice 3.0.x and GroupWise 8 and this
(still) does not work. The users have to jupm trough hoops to get addresses from
the GroupWise address book to OO and wonder why this does not work (as it does
work with Outlook and Office using MAPI).

Can we get this somehow going, as the GroupWise addressbook is exposed trough
MAPI in Windows?

Environment:
-Windows XP SP2,SP3 (Dutch)
-GroupWise 8 client (HP1) (Dutch)
-OpenOffice 3.0.1

Making a connection from OpenOffice (database) to the addressbook of Novell
GroupWise is not possible.
With Corel WordPerfect and with MS Word I can make such a connection, so to me
it's a OO issue.

The GroupWise addressbook is a MAPI, so I should think it must be possible, but
it isn't.

I tested this on two different MS Windows XP machines, with OpenOffice 2.0.2 and
2.0.3 and GroupWise 6.0 and 7.0 as well.
