I use a freshly installed OpenOffice system, from which I selected
to install Base, Writer, Calc and Draw. Thus, there have been no changes
to Options other than those that happens when a component is run for the
first time (establishes names and initials, etc.) And Quickstart is
*not* used.

I start Base from the Windows start menu, and the Database Wizard appears.
Pressing the Help button produces a Help viewer with the title
'OpenOffice.org Help - OpenOffice.org Writer', and a message that
the Help page could not be found (Help ID: 39147). (The same thing happens
if I accept the default operation, press 'Next>>', and on the new page use
Help.)

It looks like the wrong help file his used -- the one shown deals
with *Writer*, not Base.

If I instead start Base, select the default options in the Database Wizard,
so that I get a 'new database' window, and from *there* select File | New ... |
Database, and get the Database Wizard again. This time, the Help button works,
and gives me the 'Using databases in OpenOffice.org' help page in the
OpenOffice.org Base help file.

It looks as if the help context is not established correctly when Base is
started 'from scratch', so to speak.

There seem to be earlier reports on this, but they appear to have been closed
because the problem could not be repeated.
