When coded or taged text is used in a database it would be very usefull if we
can tell ORB wath text-filter to use when placing the text in a report.
Example:when we have HTML coded text then we can uses the OO-html text filter
to get rid off the html tags and have proper formated text in the reportfields.
Coded Taged html text is very common for databases who are used for Web
content,and Other Editing content.
