Hi,

I can reproduce this behaviour. I reassign the issue to the right developer.

The connection only doesn't work correct via ADO, with ODBC all works fine.

Regarding ADo I found this in the support database from MS

 To retrieve columns used by the primary key, ADOX uses the
IDBSchemaRowset::GetRowset method with DBSCHEMA_KEY_COLUMN_USAGE, which is not
supported by the SQL Server OLE DB provider (SQLOLEDB) provider.

So updateable tables are not possible with sql server and ado. 
I fixed the problem that the rows are repeated always but the records are
read-only because the missing primary key columns.
