This happened at least twice with the same fields! I reproduced the problem this way: 1. Enter comment into the column following Field Type. 2. Save 3. On a different field's line, change the Field Type. 4. Save. The comment field of step 1 above changed to blank. Other sequences, only slightly different, don't make the comment vanish! I intend to attach the Table file where I can show this behavior. It is the same file as attached to Issue 53304.
