Here is a summary of the results: Time fields never contain fractional seconds. Is this an error? TimeStamp fields never contain a fractional value from a RowSet. From a ResultSet, however, the fractional value is returned by getString(), but NOT by getTimeStamp(). Clearly this is an error.
