Hi,

I just installed OOo Aqua Development Preview for Mac OS X version
aquavcl01_20070630 (seems to
be based on OOo 2.3) and used it to open a Base odb file that I had created
with NeoOffice 2.2.1 Patch
1. I have a form within the odb file that contains macros, one of which is
executed when loading the
form. When I open that form and confirm that I want to activate macros, I get
the error message:
Ein Scripting Framework Fehler trat während der Ausführung von Basic script
vnd.sun.star.script:Standard.Kurse.FilterNoten?language=Basiclocation=document
auf.
Meldung: BasicProviderImpl::getScript: no script!
This is just the same (in german) as the error message reported by lsro.
When I close the form and reopen it - whether in edit mode or not - it opens
without further error
message and all the macros work as expected.

Hope, this information's helpful.

I am using OOo-dev 2.3.0. - I am not sure how this version relates to the 680
version I selected above.

I have a form with some buttons on it; the buttons have Basic code associated
to some of the events. When I open the form (double click on it) it asks me
about using the code. I choose Enable macros and the form loads properly.
Everything is fine up to this point.

When I click on the buttons that have code associated to them I get a message:
A Scripting Framework error occured while running the Basic script
vnd.sun.star.script:Library_MainForm.Module1.genereazaJurnalVanzari?
language=Basiclocation=document.
Message:BasicProviderImpl:getScript:no script!
I close the form and open it in edit mode and then close it again without
making any change (so there is no need to save it). When I open it again
(double-click) the buttons with the associated code work properly.

It appears that this issue was reported in some older versions of OOo - please
see http://www.oooforum.org/forum/viewtopic.phtml?
t=28456highlight=getscript+noscript

I have the same database installed on two separate PCs (one with Windows XP,
the other with Vista). The issue appears on both computers. It did not happen
for version 2.2.1 but I had to move to 2.3.0 to be able to use Report Builder
from Sun.

Please let me know if I can be of any help!

Thanks,

Leontin Stelea

Can you attach a sample database document (.odb) to reproduce this? If your DB
contains confidential data, you might delete it (ideally the data only, not the
table structure), and do a SHUTDOWN COMPACT in the Tools/SQL to remove the
data from the .odb.

The main form is called _Principal; it is made with Romanian users in mind -
sorry for no English labels
