I'm trying to use to manipulate large log file spit out by a piece of equipment in CSV format: MM/DD/ HH:MM:SS.000 The file is what it is so can't change easily with manual manipulation. Also, note that log has sub seconds recorded. OOo Calc can handle the third decimal point but Base can't.
