attached is a suggestion for a patch which works fine for me. I am on vacation
starting soon, so I will not be able to bring this into 3.0 anymore.

If anybody else wants to create a CWS and either
- finish it before tomorrow's code freeze
or
- argue before the release status team that this is a stopper, and then finish
  the CWS after the code freeze

, this would certainly be a Good Thing.

Actually, the problem here is that after selecting the "MacOS X Address Book"
entry in the wizard, the roadmap (the control on the left hand side) is not
updated: The previously activated "path" through the dialog is kept unchanged,
where you would normally need to change it to match the newly selected type.
