Hi Guys,
I don't understand your reply to issue 108434 where I ask for help to solve the 
fact that I CANNOT download the software due to the above error 1330 as 
discussed in issue 103111. I can't follow or understand all the replies and 
counter replies listed. Can somebody spell out for me in NON TECHI language
(assume I'm an 8 year old!)where I find a version of the software without this 
error 1330 problem or how do I fix that problem? If it's a situation 
of 'Digital Signatures', sri but I have no knowledge or understanding of such 
and so I guess I'm just going to have to be one of those people who could not 
download your much valued office software.

@ bonytony: Please don't reopen or file new issue for a known problem. In short:
we don't have an answer to your question. Have you tried to switch off all
security tools when installing OOo? Be sure that you have disconnected from the
internet then!
We haven't been able to reproduce. maybe that you can get an answer when asking
in issue 103111. It might be helpful to ask at the related mailing lists:
d...@installation.openoffice.org or us...@openoffice.org. Please try also
http://support.openoffice.org/index.html. Have you tried the upcoming OOo 3.2
release? t will be soon on http://download.openoffice.org/index.html.
