3D settings are closed by default when restarting the application, however, the
menu item persists.

2010 ---
Broken in m74: Start Calc, select "View/Toolbars/3D-Settings", quit office.
Start Calc again, and "3D-Settings" is gone from the Toolbars menu.

It looks like no valid "UIName" is read from the configuration (class
ConfigurationAccess_WindowState in framework, reading
/org.openoffice.Office.UI.CalcWindowState/UIElements/States).
