@ericb at least pyuno should be build with python 2.5 for Leopard.

Downloaded and installed OpenOffice 3.2.0 in both Leopard and Snow Leopard, but
the pyuno is still using python 2.3 (below).

Linda-Octalinas-MacBook-Pro:program lindaoctalina$ otool -L pyuno.so
pyuno.so:
/usr/lib/libSystem.B.dylib (compatibility version 1.0.0, current
version 88.3.9)
/System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.3/Python
(compatibility
version 2.3.0, current version 2.3.5)
/usr/lib/libgcc_s.1.dylib (compatibility version 1.0.0, current version
1.0.0)

Although we successfully built pyuno for Leopard (python 2.5) and Snow Leopard
(python 2.6), it will be nice if someone could include pyuno in the OpenOffice
installation package based on the python shipped with Mac. It's really painful
to build pyuno in Snow Leopard.

Not everybody uses Snow Leopard, and Python version shipped with Tiger is 2.3.5
