When OpenOffice 3.2.0 is set to launch automatically at user login (via System
Preferences --> Accounts --> Startup Items, ) it does not respect the "Hide"
check-box. The app should start up "hidden" upon log-in, but instead the splash
screen and document-picker window are visible.
OS in this case is Mac OS X 10.6.3 but I wouldn't be surprised if this occurs
under earlier versions of OS X as well.
