But with current OOo-Versions it is reproducible on all platforms (Linux, Windows, MacOS): If a document is already loaded in OOo, the document doesn't get the focus, if it is activated by the document manager of the system (e. g. doubleclick it in Explorer, Nautilus, Finder).
