Only in 2.3.1 - start new blanc document - choose File|Template|Save - select 'MyTemplate' > OK > Replace OK results in bóth 'MyTemplate' and 'MyTemplate1' on the file system. In 2.4-dev this last scenarion only results in 'MyTemplate1'.
