To verify, do this: In SO7 open the options dialog: Tools-Options, expand StarOffice /OpenOffice node, select Security. At the bottom choose the browse button and select a .jar file. It does not matter what, just choose one. Then also remove the check mark for Enable (Java). After installing OO2, open the options dialog and choose OpenOffice-Java. The use a Java Runtime environment box must be unchecked. Check it, and click the classpath button. There you should see the jar file which you have previously selected in SO7/OO1.1.
