Ok, subtle difference in 3.2.0 under unix

The default text location is no longer upper left, but left & vertically
centred.  So I might never have noticed the original problem as it would do what
I wanted more or less straight away.

But the problem is still the same if I actually wan the text to or bottom
aligned - you have to deselect, reselect, right click & pick 'text'.

So 1/10 for changing the default, but the same problem persists that not all the
text manipulation features are on the toolbar.

I'm changing the target to Framework, because writer has the same problem.
