The Windows external file dialog does not accept "http:" protocol URLs, and it
didn't accept it for OOo1.1.x.

For me the scenario works pretty well with internal file dialog on Windows using
the version SRC680/m124.

MAV->JSI: Please verify the scenario.

Seems to be tricky. The UCB loads the whole file via HTTP without errors. But
somewhere in the code above the UCB an error occurs. Mikhail, could you please
take a look.

Just for the rcords. The facts, as I figured out so far, together with JSI:

Solaris SPARC: works fine on m106 and m112
Windows: does NOT work on m111
Linux: does NOT work on m106

OOo 1.1.4 Windows works fine.

Correction:

BUG: Trying to load the URL with SRC680m111 (internal or external file open
dialog) I get
always an error message. At the same time on the same machine Word is able to
load the file.
OOo 1.1.4 on Win32 and also current version on Solaris SPARC are able to load
the URL.
