(These are their words and not mine!) Their biggest gripe is that they do not know how to hit Ctrl-S whenever they are not typing and so are losing anything up to a day's work when they close without saving! (I know what you're thinking, because I'm thinking it too!) Please return the option to "Auto-Save" every n minutes to save me from having to purchase XL for this feature. (And then I'd have to train them in how to use XL too!)
