Arrange in context menu doesn't work in context when context menu interceptor is
installed.
- Install an extension which installs a context menu interceptor
- start an Impress or draw
- insert an object
- select the object and open the contextmenu of the object.
- you see an icon in front of the arrange entry but the entry doesn't work.
- normaly there shouldn't be an icon and behind the arrange entry should be an
arrow to open the arrange dialog.
