Not only is the message box missing to alert you, but I dont think that it opens it in read only like in previous versions. (IT certainly does not say read-only in the title bar) - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. Component|framework Version|OOo 3.0 Beta Platform|All URL| OS/Version|Windows 2003 Status|UNCONFIRMED Status whiteboard| Keywords| Resolution| Issue type|FEATURE Priority|P5 Subcomponent|code Assigned to|tm Reported by|bladeone_2k --- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Jun 2 13:03:05 + 2008 --- Hi there, We have been testing open office 3.0 now for a week and the only issue I have had so far is multiple users opening the same document, when two users open the same document there is no alert to show that the file has already been opened, therefore allowing user1 to make and save a change and if another user2 had that same file already open they could add something, save it, therefore loosing user1's changes and neither user would know. In version 2.4 there was a warning message that popped up stopping this. Thanks James - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
