Pressing the 'Edit File' toolbar button for a readonly
document doesn't activate the edit mode. This problem
can be reproduced by the following steps:

1. user A opens test document
2. user B opens test document and selects 'Open Read-Only' in
   'Document in Use' dialog
3. user B presses 'Edit File' toolbar button
4. 'Document in Use' dialog shows up again
5. user B presses 'Open Copy' button
6. the window title is unchanged
7. user B enters B2=1 and saves with Ctrl-S
8. Error Box is shown

In addition I noticed the following problem:

1. open test document
2. set document to readonly by enabling 'Read-only' checkbox in
   file open dialog
3. set document to writable by pressing 'Edit File' toolbar button
=> readonly property is still displayed in window title

Please note, that those problems can be reproduced in CWS fwk94.
