Stable 3.0 does not have this problem. I've removed Dev_ now because I need OOo to do some work, will try in the future with more recent versions. In any case, the problem seems that: a) if there is NOT already a soffice and soffice.bin process running, the above behaviour is also with 3.0 stable b) dev_m31-32 seems not to automatically start soffice and soffice.bin So is a) normal? Should be not. Can be b) confirmed? - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. If I check with: ps -A | grep office I see that process soffice and soffice.bin are running. If I try again, with those 2 process running, I succeed. If I kill those two processes, then I have the same problem described (OOo don't start). - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
