I assume that this is a side effect of the bug that OOo does not use the
recovery files it has created but instead of that reloads the original file,
thus losing all changes. This bug will be fixed in OOo 3.0.1 and I recommend to
test if your problem will go away by installting the 3.0.1 version once it will
be available.

As I don't get such problems in a dev build for OOo3.0.1 containing the
mentioned fix, I set this issue to "works for me". Please re-open the issue if
you still find the problem after updating.

After a OOo crash and the recovery of documents I found entries of the stored
recovery backup files in the Recent Documents list.

e. g.
/home//.openoffice.org/3/user/backup/MyDBfile.odb_0.odb
/home//.openoffice.org/3/user/backup/MyDBfile.odb_1.odb

These files doesn't exist furthermore.
But which file I have saved by pressing [Save], the original file (MyDBfile.odb)
or the recovery backup file which is deleted after that?
