Some (or most) drop-down elements dont update the associated property if the
value is changed with the mousewheel.

Example
 * Write a text in Writer
 * Select a portion of it
 * place mousecourser over font-size dropdown
 * wheel up or down

What happens:
 * Value in the drop-down changes
 * Selected Text stays the same
 * There is no possibility to apply (as enter would overwrite the text), but to
open the dropdown and click the value... But then the wheeling makes no sense

What should happen
 * The selected text should change its font size

This behaviour is/was also present in the 2.4 release which I get from ubuntu.
I had already placed an issue here and in launchpad.net, but that was related
to the zoom-dropdown which was upstream coded by canonical(or debian?).

 -> https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org/+bug/118994

I have seen this behaviour on all dropdowns i have ever tried and were live
updates should happen (ie. there is no [ok] or [apply] button)
E.g.: in Writer/Calc/Draw/etc for "Font size" and "Font Name"
