See "A bug's lifetime" at http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling. Nobody
claimed it is fixed in m58.

I tested this function in OOoDev3.2m58 again. There is no crash anymore. But the
incorrect rendering in presentation mode is still there.
The button doesn't scale in presentation mode. It scales only in edit mode of
Impress.
In my opinion this issue has not been fixed.

fs->aw: I can and will use TryToGetOutputDevice in some places. However, I
cannot completely move to using TryToGetSdrPageView, since in some cases, I need
access to SdrPageWindow.GetOriginalPaintWindow, which I cannot (to my knowledge)
retrieve without a ObjectContactOfPageView.

Execution didn't continue at this point, the ENSURE_OR_THROW macro throws a
RuntimeException, which sounds appropriate for this case. Unfortunately, our
code is not really exception-aware ...

Anyway, in m58 the code is already changed, so that a different VOC type, not
depending on an SdrPageView, is used when no SdrPageView us present.

note: the crash was an independent issue, fixed in CWS dba32f, integrated into
m58, so we're back to the incorrect rendering

AW->FS: In ViewObjectContactOfUnoControl_Impl::imp_getPageViewDevice_nothrow(),
the dynamic_cast< ObjectContactOfPageView* >( &m_pAntiImpl->GetObjectContact() )
may also be (like in this case) an ObjectContactOfObjListPainter. The
ObjectContactOfPageView is NOT the only valid derivation of an ObjectContact.
To securely derive SdrPageView* is to use
GetObjectContact().TryToGetSdrPageView() and check the return value against
zero.
It is also not good to assert that an ObjectContactOfPageView is needed, but to
continue execution and rash (my 2 cents).
A ObjectContactOfObjListPainter is used since the GraphicExporter is used to
export a MetaFile for Slideshow. ObjectContactOfObjListPainter overloads
TryToGetOutputDevice() (anyways more that what You need instead of
TryToGetSdrPageView()), so when You need the target OutputDevice,
TryToGetOutputDevice() is Your friend (and please, check the return value).

This issue is not only about hyperlink buttons it is the same problem with all
form controls...

cl->aw: problem seems to be that the GraphicExporter service has trouble with
form controls. I'm not sure if this ever worked but the crashes are a definite
regression...
