I am on a Windows XP machine printing to a Brother HL-5250 printer, using OOo-dev 3.4.0 DEV300m100 (Build:9571). I performed these steps: 1. Opened OOo-dev 3.4.0 2. Clicked Presentation 3. Clicked Create (selected Empty Presentation) 4. Deleted Title and Text Box 5. Clicked on Insert-Picture-From File 6. Double-Clicked on a .JPG file (that was inserted into the presentation) 7. Clicked on Print Icon RESULT: slide printed fine EDITED THE IMAGE WITH THESE STEPS: 1. Right Clicked on image, selected Crop Picture 2. Changed scale to 85 width and 85 height 3. Printed slide using Menu-File-Print RESULT: slide printed fine EDITED THE IMAGE AGAIN WITH THESE STEPS: 1. Right Clicked on image, selected Flip-Vertically 2. Printed slide using Menu-File-Print Both times, the slide printed okay. I then: 1. Saved the file 2. Exited OpenOffice 3. ReEntered OpenOffice 4. Opened file 5. The work arround found was to cut the eddited image and special paste of the same image in bitmap.
