When inserting a chart of type net in the percent mode, values are not treated
correctly. I suppose the (absolute) values are summed up (as in stacked mode).
This renders the result useless. In the example (see URL) there are two objects
with identical values (G and G') which does not show at all in the diagram.

What I expect from the diagram is the following scaling: 0% represents the
minimal value in the data, 100% the maximal value. Consequently, two objects
having the same value for an attribute will be displayed at the same place on
the corresponding axis.
